 Why I like Provence

Why I like Provence
French Republic is the official name of France. It is a country located in the west of Europe. The International Living magazine ranked 192 countries and France was ranked number one based on criteria such as climate, health care, culture, and environment. France has such a very nice lifestyle that one person would love worldwide.

Provence is in southeastern part of France. French Riviera is located in Provence. Thus, this place is famous for it color, tradition, sun, food, tourist spots, language and food. Australians like me are drawn to Provences lifestyle. The friendly real region highlights towns and cities, which are all jovial, accommodating, historic and warm.

Provence offers a setting meant for people who loves a country setting at its best. Shady and sheltered sidewalk cafes where I can spend time reading a pocketbook or sit for hours chatting with one I know or even someone I have just met. It also offers languid strolls through a network of narrow winding pavement or streets that lead to the heart of the city that hurrying tourists rarely gets to see. I can shop to cozy friendly boutiques wherein you know everyone.

Provence gives me a chance for complete change in the way of life of lifestyle with complete cultural indulgencies. I can immerse myself in the rich history, places to see, the wine and food of Provence.

Provence is in the south of France bordering Italy and Spain with straight flights to UK. Indeed this is a perfect location to base myself as I visit the other countries in Europe.

Most of my Australian friends here in Provence are professionals who chose France as their vacation or retreat houses. These people have the flexibility to stay or take time away, or work abroad or visit their vacation houses. With these factors and the easy way to buy a property in France coupled with the available facilities Australian like me are attracted to France. I remember the film ‘A Good Year’, it gives several properties characteristic of the region which are for sale. Villas, country houses, quant homes, chateaux, apartments and vineyards are some of the many kinds of properties available for sale.
